The Bureau provides an overall assessment of current manufacturing conditions, forecasts for the future, and trends in the various sectors of Montana’s manufacturing industries.

Manufacturing Outlook

Each year the Bureau publishes the Manufacturing Report, a detailed report on the status of manufacturing in Montana complete with future forecasts.

Montana Manufacturing Survey

Every year, the Bureau of Business and Economic Research conducts a survey that queries manufacturers on a variety of business issues pertaining to both the year just completed and their outlook for the upcoming year.

Montana Manufacturers Information System

Montana Manufactures Information System is part of an electronic information system we developed with Montana Business Connections to increase the level of manufacturing activity in Montana and to increase awareness of the importance and potential of manufacturing in the state.
